Returns and refunds

Refunds or replacements will be given for the following:

  • Goods damaged in transit
  • Faulty goods
  • If you feel the product has not been beneficial over a 4-week period. *

In all cases, where a manufacturers guarantee is in force, we will be responsible for the first 28 days after purchase. Beyond that period it is the manufacturers responsibility to make good any defective item.

Items not returned in their original packaging/box will have an amount deducted from the refund to reflect the cost of replacement. Unless we arrange collection, items should be sent back Recorded or Special Delivery by Courier. All items must be signed for and track-able.

We are unable to refund returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

*Please note that in cases where the product is returned due to no benefit being found, products must be returned in their original packaging and be in near-new condition. A 20% administration charge will be applied for return of these trialled items.

Items are typically sent out next day, subject to availability, but please allow up to 10 working days.

Hire Returns

It is vital that products are placed into suitable packaging for transit back to us. This is due to insurance purposes made by the courier service. Any goods that are not packed into suitable boxing can either be refused by driver, or if damaged or lost in transit due to lack of packaging incur a cost.
