Serena Hickson began FMBs Therapy Systems over 19 years ago. Since this time, she’s managed to secure one of the most prestigious customer groups possible, including the majority of the International team GB riders in all key disciplines.

Serena works very closely with all the development teams, feeding back the desires of leading riders to offer continual improvements and new products. Her ability to select only the highest quality, unique products, coupled with her insistence that customer service and after sales service are of paramount importance, gives FMBs the edge.

FMBs has expanded its product range and caters to many different Equine Industries here in the UK and Worldwide, so many other technologically advanced therapy and training products are now available.

Laura Austin
Office Manager

Laura has been a member of the FMBs team for 14 years now.

Laura is the only member of the team who doesn’t own a horse, although she has been welcomed into this crazy world with open arms, and is the most equine knowledgable non-horsey person we know!

Leanne Edridge
Sales Manager

Leanne has been a member of the FMBs team for 8 years. She has two horses, Both show jumpers, and competes up to 1.30m nationally.

For her sins….Leanne’s horses are all grey!! She is considering taking out shares in purple shampoo….

Having run two highly regarded and successful Equine Therapy Centres in the UK over the past 10 years, Tonya joined FMBs in 2022 to support and train all our aqua therapy clients.

This ensures all our treadmills are used in a way that ensures all horses are working in a correct and most effective way possible.
